As a Graduate Trainee you will be responsible for providing ongoing support and account management for our portfolio management software.

You will work directly with new clients on-site throughout an implementation and existing clients post go-live to ensure we offer the highest quality solutions and support.

You will gain extensive knowledge of hedge fund trading and operations.

Job Functions

• Daily interaction with our clients including CTOs, COOs, Portfolio Managers, Traders, IT teams and Operations teams
• Provide application support for our software.
• Document business requirements and project plans

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong relationship management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Basic understanding of financial markets with active interest in learning more
• Experience with databases spreadsheets and any programming experience is preferred
• 0-2 years of working experience
